What should you expect from us you ask? In order to answer that question I must first ask you a question. What do you look for in a hairdresser? Talent, skill, availability... I'm here to demand that you up your standard. A truly great hair designer has these attributes and something more.
A desire to give the client what they really want, sometimes it takes more time to establish this and the stylist must be willing to take the time with you. You deserve it!!!
The ability to skillfully listen and communicate, by that I mean that language is relative and it is our job to ask questions, clarify, ask again, and then look at pictures to further clarify.
Honesty, it takes an honest, objective evaluation of your face shape, body type, eye color and lifestyle in order to arrive at the perfect style solution for you.
The willingness to say no, it is essential that you maintain the integrity of your hair if you want it to look fabulous and sometimes that means altering the process we put it through.
Artistry, and by that I mean the ability to take risks and step out of the box. We all have so many unique attributes; your hair should reflect and accentuate you. Cookie cutter cut and color will not suffice.
Education, your hairdresser should be expanding their knowledge base on a regular basis in order to provide you with the highest level of service, products and advice possible.
Pass it on.Your stylist should take the time to educate you. You should know what to do to recreate your style, which products you need, how to use them, and when you should schedule your next appointment before you leave the salon.
